What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I like watching people grow! Especially if they weren’t particularly strong in a subject area & went on to achieve high grades due to dedication and hard work :)

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I do my best to match the learning style of individuals — for example, if someone learns best via visual means, then I will alter my lesson plans to reflect that.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do is be encouraging and have faith in the student. Personally, when I used to have tutors, I performed the best when they reiterated, “you can do it! it’s not about the brain you were born with, it’s about how far you’re willing to go in terms of dedication and hard work,†and that stuck with me. Believe your student can succeed, and they will, as it’s sometimes a matter of self-esteem.
