Probably being in tune to the ways a student learns. Every child is different and the administration of their learning experience shouldn't be handled in a generic way, so I like to implement different methods in order to meet the child's needs so they can reach their full and individual potential.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing a tutor can do first off is to observe and listen to the student express themselves. We want the experience to be theirs. They will learn and progress when they love what they're studying. I only wish I had worked this out earlier in my tutoring experience and working as an EA.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
