I believe that a tutor must not add additional pressure to a student as I am well aware of the stress and anxiety VCE and other year level courses can bring. Therefore, it is vital that a tutor understands this and ensures that not only is the student exceeding academically but also advising them about strategies to consistently keep on working and ways to manage stress levels would be ideal.
