What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy most the satisfaction that comes with seeing a student grasp a difficult concept and gain the ability to solve new problems through my teaching.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

- Explaining my own thought process to students so they can look at concepts from a different perspective that may allow them to develop a better understanding. - Understanding a student's thought process in order to adapt the techniques/approaches I use to teach them as each student has individual needs. - Remaining patient if a student is taking a while to grasp a concept, as I understand everyone learns different things at different speeds. - Communicating with students to convey information clearly and explain complex ideas.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

- Teaching students critical thinking skills instead of just how to solve different types of problems. This enables them to adapt their thinking, and assess and define problems, leaving them with a better chance of independently figuring out problems by themselves e.g. in exams. - Building strong, authentic relationships with students. This helps create trust and enables better communication flow, also improving the relationship of the student with learning itself, forming a greater drive to learn within the student which will motivate them to learn better in class and in future.
