What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy helping kids overcome their struggles of learning curves and seeing them exceed in their studies. I believe that most kids have very high potentials but need the correct push to get there, and I believe I have the strength as a teacher to get them there.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I like to teach in a clear and coherent manner, without putting too much pressure on the students. I am a good listener and love answering and helping understand problems students have with the material.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think tutors should build confidence in students, rather than intimidate them (as I have experienced as a child). Tutors should promote understanding rather than focusing on memorising important details, which helps them retain information in the long term. Tutors should be able to cater to each student down to an individual level. Because each student have their own strengths and weaknesses, a tutor should be able to intuitively identify and help the student with their weaknesses.
