Patience is a virtue for a reason. Teaching requires a lot of patience, sticking through the hard times until they learn enough to coast into the easy times.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Serving as a role model for their students. As long as a tutor can instil in their students positive virtues, whether it be resilience, mental fortitude, patience, etc, it is worth more than all the knowledge they could possibly transmit. Because those virtues will lend to the child further learning by themselves later down the line
