What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
The aspect of teaching I personally enjoy most is seeing students suddenly click with concepts and increase their confidence with a topic in real time. Helping students with their confidence is extremely satisfying, especially when they approach a question with the effective strategies I have passed onto them.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My greatest strength primarily involves my straightforward approach to questions that ensure students understand concepts in a way that is easy to remember. My other strengths involve my understanding of a student's perspective in wanting a patient and passionate tutor/mentor that they can feel comfortable with.
Most important things I can do for a student π
A tutor should not only teach, but also guide. My greatest tutors in my high school journey resonated with me deeply and gave me a deep passion of studying. They not only helped me with questions but also provided guidance on managing stress and maintaining a healthy mental state to guide my studying. This allowed me to grow the most as a student and thus I believe guiding your student in different aspects of the high school journey are the most important things a tutor can provide for students.
