I think my biggest strengths as a tutor is that I try to really understand the individual that I'm tutoring. Different people require different approaches to perhaps the same concepts and so I always try to find the best way to communicate effectively with my student.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Leonie understands broadly about the concepts that we covered during the session, this is positive as it indicates that she pays attention in class and is able to retain the core information about each topic.
Leonie however needs improvemnt in going deeper into such concepts and being able to provide the details of biological processes or topics in general. Leonie can also improve in her ability to come up with examples which represent the biological concepts which she learns. This can all be improved however with time and effort so is not too much of a worry.
