What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

As a young boy, I attended tutoring classes regularly, and growing older participated in the Tutoring process, hence I understand how the system functions. I enjoy a deep sense of satisfaction when I am able to help students grasp a hard concept or learn something new. Also, I like to watch students grow and improve their results. Since I graduated only recently, I understand how students feel, whether it be them struggling or finding a concept easy. As a result, I can inspire and enlighten students on Maths and English, and this comes naturally because I have a passion for teaching.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am easy to communicate with, particular after each tutoring lesson, I am able to give an assessment to parents on student performance such as their strengths and improvements for when I next see them. Furthermore, I am reliable and punctual to the designated location. I am also flexible and able to adapt to new situations, have the ability to sympathize with the student as I recently completed highschool, and as a result, I have great experience on how the school syllabus functions. Patience and gentleness, so the student does not feel scared to ask questions.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Ensure they complete their work to the best of their ability, help them answer questions which they struggle with, focus on their weaknesses to improve their overall grades. Make them feel comfortable with the subject, treat them gently and being patient whilst being strict enough for them to work properly. Communicate with them clearly, and confirm they understand the work, if not, repeat what you need to teach in another way whilst remaining calm and patient. Make them more confident with what they are doing, being encouraging, motivational and concerned for their results.
