What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the connections I can make with my student. I find it extremely rewarding when the connection between me and the student is strong, which allows us to effectively and efficiently work through the problems together.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Some of my stregnths include: - setting an agenda before we start each class so that we can work our way through certain problems in an order, - giving encouragement to students no matter what level they are at (positive reinforcement) - I bring my knowledge in psychology and counselling to tutoring which has proven effective over the past year.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

1. The tutor should be open minded and let the student show any problems in their homework or tests etc. 2. I can be assertive, but not authoritative. Students tend to become discouraged if they find that their tutor is directing/forcing information when uncalled for.
