What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I really enjoy being able to help people and to be able to explain certain topics. I found that having a relationship with someone who you can trust with your education can really benefit an individual to flourish when it comes to learning and I really love being able to be a part of that.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I think my strengths are my patience, communication and organisation skills. I am a very big people person and love to talk to others and with that I feel I am very patient with people. I understand how challenging and overwhelming things can be so I think it is very important to take things one step at a time to explain and really go into depth with topics. I am a very organised person and I love having structure which I think is important for a tutor. Having structure and a guide allows the student to have a plan of what to and their goals are more attainable this way.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I think developing a good relationship by having respect and really listening to the students needs and goals is one of the most important things. Personally, I find that if you do not respect your teachers or have a solid relationship with trust you are less likely to learn and really understand what is happening.
