In my opinion, the most important thing that a tutor can do for a student is show them that they are not under any extreme amount of pressure and that they can take their time in learning to content and practicing mastering their techniques. He really needs to improve in algebra, which I am more than happy to help with. My main concern is the fact that he does not study anything of what we cover during the week, and I end up having to spend the next week covering what I went through the previous week, which can become very frustrating for me as I feel like I am wasting not only my time and Jarod's time but also their money
