What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I personally find it really fulfilling when your student is visibly less stressed and happy with their genuine understanding of the material after explaining a concept to them, for me that's the most rewarding part of the job and even during my time as a sports coach for students in groups year 5s-10s, it's the visible impact of your help that's most enjoyable!

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Personally, I think I have 3 main assets to offer as basic as they may be. 1. Strong articulation of concepts aka thorough (or not even,) though, well thought out explanations tailored to the student. And that's helped by my other strength 2. of understanding where a student is at, their struggles, their attitudes, their feelings and what they need to succeed (+what that looks like to them) so I suppose that's the social intelligence side of things. 3. My care for people, I feel strongly about this which means I will not only enjoy the work but genuinely engage and brighten the experience.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think that this does vary student to student (haha sorry bit of an off question-answer!) But largely and for those that are shy it's being approachable and this means anything the student doesn't understand, the student should be eager to ask you if you are approachable. And for those who aren't so shy and often at a higher level too, my answer would be articulating your explanations at an appropriate level tailored to the student. Thanks for your time once again!
