What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Having experienced the benefits of tutoring myself during my HSC years, I understand that some students require some extra support and I would love to able to contribute a students understanding and enjoyment of a particular subject.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Communication, empathy, listening, thinking quickly regarding questions and making subjects that may seem boring actually enjoyable for the student.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Listen to the students problems, with empathy, with a particular subject and attempt to frame the tutoring sessions around addressing these issues. Allowing time for the student to understand the subject and attempting to create enjoyment for the student during the tutoring sessions. If a student requires or wants to gain a particular grade, that would be important but I think creating enjoyment during this process and fostering an environment where critical thinking from the student grows.
