I enjoy progressing through each individual journey with the student from the beginning to the end. Seeing them slowly yet surely understand and flourish in a subject they never thought was possible. I believe my strengths is shown through my encouragement, whether the student isn't understanding concepts or still not seeing the results as quick as they expected, I ensure I encourage them effectively and keep their hopes high so as to not lose progress and keep them aiming for the stars ( which is what they are capable of! ). Additionally, I connect with the students easily as I have been in their shoes once where I needed help and I can better help their needs after learning tips from various tutors that I had.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing for a tutor to do for a student is to be there! Irrespective of if it's their lowest of highest moment, if they need help or want to share a grade. It is of high importance that I am available 24/7 to encourage, motivate, and inspire the students to reach for the stars!
