What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Being able to understand and target the areas that fellow students are finding challenges and difficulty in- whether that be understanding a certain concept, answering a particular question or finding the best study method to help them achieve their academics goals is what I enjoy the most about tutoring.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Identifying the barriers and also facilitator to each students' learning is the most effective way to target their needs and structure lessons according to their needs. Having been a student in primary and high school, and still am a university student currently, I understand the importance of finding the most suitable study method that works for me and thus would recommend students to start early to find their appropriate study methods to meet their academic goals!
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Identifying the problems and challenges that the student is currently facing that is preventing them from answering questions or understanding an important foundation to meet question criteria. From there, structuring my explanations and how lessons should go, would be significant to a student's understanding. Additionally, I believe it would be important for me as a tutor to find various ways of explaining a certain concept or how to approach certain questions, so that can assist a student's ability to trial various ways of understanding instead of learning one approach only.
