What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
One of the things I do enjoy most about tutoring is the impact that I do have for the student am tutoring. Seeing them understand and be able to put into application whta I have been teaching them makes feel happy. Also, I do enjoy connectivity/relationship that is developed between me as a tutor and students.My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
My strengths: - Caring is one of my strengths as its my duty as tutor to make my student feel appreciated and cared for. Flexibility that means am being able to adapt and treat each student based on her/his needs/strengths. Being a good listener is one of important thing student needs as they wanna be assured you are listening for their questions. Another key thing is to be patient. They have different level of understanding hence patience is need and also what is easy for a tutor is not necessary easy for a student.
