What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
When tutoring, I enjoy entertaining kids and to ensure they have the best experience in class. As tutoring can be seen as a space that requires constant concentration, I would like to change that into a fun environment. As a visual learner, my strength in teaching is being able to draw out diagrams for students to visualise and understand the order and idea behind solving a problem in mathematics. Being able to process things visually is very important for kids as it is extremely helpful for their memory. My other strength is being able to connect with children and to be mindful and patient in the way they learn. The most important thing as a tutor is to help them understand the importance of English and mathematics. If something is unclear, it is my duty to research and resolve the issue so the student can learn correctly to progress in the future.
