What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I am a super passionate learner in my academic pursuits and I love to share my academic passions with others. I really enjoy helping those around me work their way towards understanding difficult problems. I am a huge fan of problem-solving. Tutoring is also super rewarding when a student is finally able to grasp a difficult concept and walk away feeling both confident in themselves and their own academic abilities.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As a tutor, I think my strengths are my hard work and dilligence. I will work outside the lesson to preplan my lessons and ensure that not a minute of the student\'s time is wasted. I like to prepare notes to give to the students to take away with them so that they do not forget what they have learned throughout the lesson. I am also well-skilled in the Subjects that I tutor. I recently completed the International Baccalaureate with high honors from Kambala Rose Bay so I am definitely academically fit to be tutoring all ages at a high quality.Most important things I can do for a student π
I think it is important for tutors to show patience and understanding towards students. It can be frustrating when one struggles to understand a new concept and I want to ensure that the student finds enjoyment in their work rather than a sense of dread toward it. Therefore, I highly emphasize an approach of patience to foster safe and enjoyable learning. I also think it is really important for tutors to consolidate what has been learned in the lesson in the form of a notes summary for the student to go away and think about, rather than the entire contents of the lesson being forgotten.Subjects Tutored π
