It is rewarding to see the shimmer and glimpse of light when students feel like they have achieved something. It feels enriching after a session which motivates me to want to do more such as planning and putting more time into educating them.My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
My strength is that I am studying to become a high school teacher, majoring in English and minoring in Science. Therefore having lots of strategies and practices that I can use to ensure a safe and fun learning environment. I believe I have the ability to motivate students to find learning fun and to explain in multiple ways to ensure that they can understand and grasp content and exercises. Another is my dedication to my students, wanting them to strive for the best and making suitable lessons.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
The ability to effectively communicate with the student, where I can explain in multiple ways of a formula or exercise to ensure that they do not leave without understanding what is taught (they feel achieved and rewarded). Another is creating a safe space and connecting with students where they can ask any questions without feeling worried or less in any way.
