What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
The reason I got into tutoring was how enthusiastic and dynamic it was to interact with different students. Every student has a different learning rate, and I loved working with each of them. I loved integrating new teaching methods every week to make the learning easier and I was always exhilarated by that. For me personally, since I was studying IT engineering at the time and now, it has always been necessary for me to be updated on subjects such as math and science at all times. So tutoring was a great way to achieve that.My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
My biggest strength is that I am able to connect with my students on a very personal level. Every student has their own unique way of learning. Trying to discover that and cracking the code is to me, the most satisfying feeling in the world. I also love working until I am able to explain myself thoroughly, and I don't mind working long hours to achieve that. Also, I dislike being harsh with students. I don't believe young pupils shy away from learning; they shy away from negative projections of themselves.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
One of the most vital things a tutor should do is ensure that he is understood teaching-wise and that he understands his pupils perfectly. One thing that some teachers don't have is empathy for the unique condition of a student. A student's ability to learn can be affected in various ways, like by his surroundings and so on.
