What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I like being able to make someone understand the subject they struggle and get frustrated with. I too hated maths and physics until I was able to understand it and found it fun, surprisingly now I am going to be pursuing engineering. It's enjoyable learning something with someone, you also get a feeling of fulfillment. Tutoring maths or/and physics is also a great way for me as well to revise and have a good grip on the basics.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think I'm very patient and approachable. Students can ask a question multiple times without feeling shy of what they are unable to understand and I will try my best to help them. For example this may be by changing my teaching methods through switching between content explanation and visual step by step diagrams etc. After all a student can learn anything they want with a teaching style that suits them, and as a tutor it is my job to find and adapt to it.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

By helping them get a good grip of the foundation of the subject or topic. This is why I enjoy tutoring as well, as it lets me revise. I believe that with a good foundation the student will be more capable of catching on quickly to more harder topics and won't find it frustrating even if they initially struggle with it. Another important quality should be being enthusiastic and showing passion in the subject they teach. This helps students stay engaged and might help them draw interest into the subject they might have hated, just like I did.
