I find it important for students to know and feel that their individual needs are heard, understood and attended to. It would be most important to follow through all plans, tailored to their needs, with actions that allow the students to realise their progress. By also validating their strengths and identifying their self-limiting beliefs, I would be able to assist students in developing self-awareness, identification of self, and self-interests.
