What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I love most about tutoring is being able to immediately address the individual needs of students which I could not usually achieve in a classroom setup because of the student-teacher ratio. Helping a student achieve academic success gives me a sense of fulfillment and pride which is rare in other industry.

First thing should be rapport building because it is very important to gain the trust and confidence of the student. Second would be establishing a set of routine so that the time in each session is used up efficiently. Lastly, tutors should effectively motivate students in achieving their goals as well as inspire them to improve each day.
