What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

As you are thrown out into the student's world, you place yourself in their shoes and learn to adapt to their needs, invoking growth in my problem solving and decision making skills. Hence, watching them grow in confidence and realisation that they do have the ability to achieve, allows me to build a special educational bond with my students. I also love how it's a safe space for them to admit to their weaknesses, as I create a tailored and personalised learning experience for them.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my strengths as a tutor is to help a student feel at ease and ensure they feel valued whilst also helping them achieve their best and inspire them on a personal and academic level. Also, through demonstrating strong listening skills and patience, I aim to help students reach their goals, recognise their strengths and focus on learning. Lastly, through having a deep understanding of the subjects, I want to help students develop their problem solving skills and draw their own conclusions through my knowledge.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor's role extends beyond the lessons and hopefully inspires a student to realise their passion and love for their subjects and learning through establishing and maintaining a supportive teaching environment. A tutor's most important role is to assist students with academic success strategies and teaching them life lessons, whilst also providing them with a safe space to succumb to their vulnerabilities and entrust us with the responsibility of helping them achieve their personal best.
