I am patient in trying to propagate my information onto the catered. I normally try to create the least intimidating environment for the student so that they feel they can approach me anytime they face grievances.I do so by slowly trying to understand the person and establishing a semblance of connection outside teaching.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
