What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I believe tutoring is never one-sided. By this, I mean through tutoring not only the student being taught is leaning, rather the tutors themselves are actively involved in learning and contributing to their self development. The best part of tutoring is you as a tutor are making arguably the biggest impact on the student's life making his/her lif at least a little bit easier. The feeling of satisfaction and happiness you feel from the student after a production and fun study session is priceless and that is what I yearn for.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Friendly and not really formal. I believe teaching and tutoring are completely different; while the teacher can choose to be really professional and formal, the tutor on the other hand, should be like a friend to the student. If not, you as a tutor will not even know weaknesses or shortcomings of the student as he/she is going be skeptical about revealing his thoughts or opinions about the topic. This leads to the dead end - weaknesses get overlooked leaving the student no scope to improve. This is why, my aim has always been to be friendly and open-minded with every student I help; at least

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Adapt. I still hold my ground on being open to change. By this, I mean changing my teaching style with every student I help, this is because not every student's thinking process is the same and mostly they need to taught certain topics differently each time. Have a chat. Yes, I found it to be productive and rewarding to have a chat(off academics) with my previous students back in my country. This works like a small break for them and for the tutor(me) as well. However, by being friendly and nice I do not mean leaving "discipline" completely off the charts.
