I am a very emotionally intelligent person which allows me to identify when a student is upset or discouraged with their work/in general. I am also easy to talk to and, because I have had a tutor before, I understand what teaching styles may benefit the most. I am studying first year Space Science and Astrophysics at Uni so I am particularly helpful in Maths, Chemistry and Physics, however my history of impressive spelling skills and language comprehension makes me more than capable to teach English as well.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor should be particularly approachable and friendly in order for the student to feel as if they enjoy tutoring and that they can ask for help. Being encouraging is important to boost the students' confidence.
