I have choosen Engineering is just because I love science subjects especially Maths. I tried to corelate with the surroundings for the easiness of students to understand any equations or formulas. As a tutor, we should give individual attention to each students and need to understand their strengths,weakness and learning ways and based on that we should teach them. Need to build confidence in them by encouraging and motivating them. We should provide clear explanations to their queries till they understands it. Need to seek feedback from the students and to improve the tutoring methods according to it.
