What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I don’t have any professional tutoring experience, but I spent helps my friends prepare for exams during university as I generally had a good understanding of the topics. I have always enjoyed helping other people to succeed, it is a great feeling when you can see them finally begin to understand a concept/topic.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

On a personal level, my patience is my biggest strength. Through university helping my friends, I learnt that not everybody learns at the same rate, so there is no point in trying to hurry the learning process. On an academic level, my strengths are maths and physics, as shown by academic record (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours at UNSW).

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

The most important thing a tutor can be is patient and understanding of the fact that the student may not pick up the concept as quickly as they did when they first learnt it.
