What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Tutoring can be very satisfying because it gives me the chance to have a direct effect on a student's learning journey. The best part of being a teacher is seeing students grow and improve and knowing that I have played a big part in helping them get through tough school times. When a difficult idea finally "clicks" for a student, it is pleasant to see. Tutoring also gives me the chance to keep learning and growing, since each student brings their own difficulties and ideas to the table. It is not just about teaching kids facts; it is also about making them love learning.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My tolerance, adaptability, and topic knowledge make me a good tutor. I am patient with my students since everyone learns differently. I can customise my teaching technique to each pupil. Presenting information in different ways till they understand it. I can also simplify complicated topics because I know my subjects well. My enthusiasm inspires pupils and makes learning fun. I can also successfully communicate knowledge and create a fun, engaging learning atmosphere.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think encouraging and open learning, adapting lessons to the student's learning style, and encouraging autonomous thinking are the most important things a tutor can accomplish. Tutors should encourage students to ask questions and make errors, which are essential to learning. They should also use visual aids, hands-on exercises, or extensive explanations to suit each student's learning style. A competent tutor also helps pupils think critically and solve difficulties without giving them the answers.
