What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The most fulfilling thing about being a tutor is witnessing a student achieve the grades they set out to achieve with the help of a tutor. I also thoroughly enjoy explaining tricky concepts to students and teaching others. I also enjoy the flexibility that comes with tutoring as we can pick hours that is compatible with our schedule.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my greatest strength with tutoring is my patience. I will go over a concept until my student understands. Having a high level of patience will allow me to teach all students with ease. I also believe that my ability to communicate is another strength, by explaining concepts with clarity. Having done debating and studying law/commerce at Monash now, my communication skills are up to a high standard. However, this will only improve as I continue learning.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to always be available - whether that is in real life or on the phone. I believe it is very important for a tutor to readily respond to student questions even when not tutoring. This will allow the student to progress even further in their studies and achieve great results.
