One of the aspects that I enjoy most about tutoring is the tangible process and improvement that can be seen and the sense of gratification that a student can get in boosting their knowledge and grades. The biggest thing a tutor can do for a student is to be encouraging and respectful, cultivating a safe environment in which they feel that they can pose questions and share answers without fear of judgement. In doing so, it makes the intake of knowledge easier and an overall more enjoyable experience.
