What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love how I can be a guideline and a mentor for a student. School can be really stressful and when it moves in its own pace and moves ahead while some kids are left behind, I love helping those kids catch up and to make them feel more confident in themselves. I also just enjoy teaching in general. I have been doing it for the past 5 years now and I am good at it because I enjoy it to the fullest.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor, I can make my students feel comfortable with me. I can create a space where they can ask questions. I can give them the reassurance that they can ask a question however many times they want and I will keep explaining it to them until they understand and I would not mind that at all. I feel like that is a very important skill a teacher/tutor should have. I can also explain difficult topics with simple real life examples to help them understand things better and to help them remember that information.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor has to be patient and welcoming for their students. The reason these students come for tutoring is because they face difficulty keeping up with school. So they should be given the space to understand at their own pace, in their own method and a teacher needs to recognize that. We need to recognize the method which we choose to teach a particular kid and we need to be able to identify their needs. We should be inviting to their questions and our main target should be that the student understands the topic at hand fully.
