What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
It's my passion to teach as I enjoy doing it. I have been a good student and always liked to share my knowledge with others but It's always a two way process I believe because even sometimes students can teach you new things. I like to learn and improve and tutoring is exactly that as you always experience and learn something new. I don't see it as a 9 to 5 job, but I put all my effort to make students understand what are they unable to. According to me, every student has different level of understanding, on which they should not be judged as every student has different skill and interests.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Firstly, I can get along with the students easily irrespective of what age they are of. Secondly, I enjoy tutoring which makes it more easy for me to teach. Moreover, I believe that every student is different in their own, has its own individuality, therefore, I treat each student differently, but specially depending on him/her. I am patient, which I believe is very important in this profession as the tutor has to deal with different types of students, where some are easy going and some are not. And, as I mentioned earlier, for me its not a 9 to 5 job but a hobby and a passion to pursue.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor needs to help identify a student's strong points and motivate the students in every possible way. It's not always the tutor that should be valued and respected but the students also needs the same respect and care. Also, a tutor should know how to boost up the morale of a student when he/she is feeling low. If student is facing some problem in any of the subject, tutor should have the attitude like " IT'S OK, IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LEARN/DO THIS NOW, BUT YOU'LL LEARN IT EVENTUALLY AND STILL IF YOU'RE NOT ABLE TO DO IT, IT'S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD.
