What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring gives me the opportunity to improve my knowledge while communicating with and assisting a wide range of kids. In addition, it's really gratifying to know that I was the medium through which a young person's abilities, academic performance, and mastery of a subject were enhanced.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of my main strengths as a mentor is that I never give up. If a youngster is a slow learner and seems to be taking longer than average to grasp concepts, I would not give up on him. If a child doesn't get it despite my best efforts, I'll consider that as a personal challenge and an indication that my explanation was not clear enough. I would think through the topic I was teaching and devise a new way to make it simpler for students to understand. I would appreciate the seriousness of my assignment and make every effort to improve my knowledge and abilities so that I could pass on to my stu.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

1 - Be compassionate and empathic while creating a conducive and fearless classroom environment so that the students can clarify their doubts fearlessly. 2 - One of the most important things a tutor can do is recognize and respect that each student learn and retain information in his own unique way. Thus he needs to tailor his approach to each pupil based on their specific requirements. At the same time, he should take the batch along the learning process. 3 - Keep their overall upliftment at core 4 - To devise and develop new and practical ways to engage children and teach them tricky topics.
