What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
One of the main reasons why I enjoy tutoring is the gratification it brings when I witness my students academically improve and personally grow. It is rewarding to see them build confidence in themselves and their learning abilities.
Furthermore, I plan on pursuing a master's degree in secondary teaching after completing my bachelor's in Business Management. Therefore, tutoring provides me with valuable experience that will help me in my future career. Tutoring will help me understand and interact with diverse groups of individuals, making me a better teacher in the future.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to be organized and punctual. I strive to ensure that all sessions are well-planned and delivered efficiently. In addition to this, I am an excellent communicator who is always willing to listen to my students to ensure that they understand the topics being covered. I also pride myself on being very friendly and approachable, which helps to create a relaxed atmosphere during sessions, making it easier for students to ask questions and seek clarification.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe it is very important for a tutor to be able to identify students' unique learning styles and tailor every student's learning plan accordingly to their strengths and weaknesses. It is important to also identify what motivates and excites each student to learn and encourage active engagement in the tutoring sessions.
