What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The joy of helping other people understand what I have prior understanding about is the best part of tutoring. I feel very proud when my explanations help people who didn't understand the concepts to get a grasp around the concept and able to solve questions by themselves after my explanation. A side benefit I do experience from tutoring is building friendships. Tutoring other people allows me to not only help them academically, but also be that someone which they needed to talk to and I really like listening about people's stories in depth.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe that my motivation to make sure that the students do understand the concepts clearly will be my biggest strength and drive for tutoring. Furthermore, I personally like to explain concepts in analogy, which would help students who don't understand complicated concepts in a much more simple way. Lastly, I am an easy-going person. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student in my opinion is tailoring their teaching according to each student's need and ability. Not all students are the same, which is why tutors should be able to understand what and how the students need and think. This way, there will be no students lagging behind the others.
