What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Tutoring is a very rewarding job for me. For me, the best thing about tutoring is seeing the children improve in the subject I am teaching them, seeing their grades improve as well as their understanding of the topics. Furthermore, I really enjoy working with the children and building a connection with them so they feel confident enough to work with me as their tutor.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
First of all, I have tutoring experience in multiple grades for multiple subjects. I have tutored Maths, English, French, Latin, and German before. I have tutored children from Grade 6 to Grade 12. Through this experience, I have learned to quickly adapt to the individual needs of children and how to address their needs specifically. Furthermore, studying Psychology helped me understand how to deliver content understandably and how to engage with the students so they can become intrinsically motivated for the subject I am teaching.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Personally, I really value building a connection with the tutoring student. I think that tutoring is a place where the student's needs can be assessed more individually and therefore the student should feel comfortable enough to share their individual needs with the tutor. Therefore I think the most important part is to listen to the student's needs and to provide a safe environment for them.
