As a tutor I enjoy building new relationships with children as it's important to support and encourage them at a young age so that they can pursue their dreams and understand their strengths and weaknesses. I personally gain satisfaction when I see my students make an effort to achieve what they want and when they reach success and growth. I also find tutoring to be an interesting profession as it is not only about sharing knowledge in one way process, but it goes both ways.
