What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I have been grown up under my mum who is currently a high school mathematics teacher but she used to be a tutor. I would always sit in the same room and observe her teaching students. The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is watching my student developing their skills continuously.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I would say I am a very patient person when it comes to teaching. I really enjoy helping others with questions and I feel joy when they get my explanation and become able to do the question without my help. I learnt how to be patient with students and discovering what really motivates each of them to do certain things from my experie. I believe that the motivation and encouragement is the key in learning and teaching. Moreover, as someone who has experienced failure, I can understand those students better than anyone else and I am confident in motivating them again to reach toward their dream.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe that motivation and encouragement is the key in learning. As a tutor, I believe that the best things I can do for a student is always encouraging them, of course, and really helping them to find their interest, future goals, and helping them planning out their future. For my personal experience, I get motivation to study a certain subject when I find joy from studying a subject or when I have a specific goal. For example, I really found Mathematics interesting as I discovered how to solve questions.
