What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I generally love the feeling of helping people hence why I volunteered as a student mentor at Griffith College helping first trimester students settle in to Uni and focus their minds on their goals and help them focus on achieving high grades in their subjects. I dont look at it as just a job but an opportunity to give back to the community. I have always had a motto I take with me everywhere I go , "Pay it forward".My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am a confident person. I have good organisational skills and willing to improve more as a tutor. I am able to process new changes and have an open mind to new things. I have effective time management as a high distinction student at University.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
1) Make sure the student feels comfortable and confident and there are no communication barriers between each other. 2) Good Communication is essential. Tutor should be able to deliver school material in a way that students will understand and feel comfortable to ask questions if they dont fully understand. 3) Create an environment that makes learning a little more fun and interesting to capture the student's full attention.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
