Seeing the student smile when they finally understand the math problem or the pattern involved and their willingness to try more questions after that.

I’m an emotionally intelligent person which allows myself to be approachable, allowing the student to come forth with questions and queries. Additionally, I have knowledge in a wide range of subjects.

Be approachable such that they are able to ask you questions and feel comfortable rather than stressed out like a teacher may make them at school.
