What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I've tutored my sister whose currently in VCE and some of my peers from last year. In that time the most enjoyable moments were when they came to me with a mark they weren't expecting to receive. The entire effort with student and tutor to help them grow as an individual is what I find to be the most memorable of all.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, I'd say my adaptability and empathy towards the student is what allows me to interact with them. By adapting to the students learning methods, you are able to unlock a sort of unknown potential within them. When I am helping my sister, and she doesnt get the mark she thought she'd get, I am able to understand her challenges and grow with her. From this I have built a good rapport with everyone I've helped.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I wholeheartedly believe that the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is listen. Listen to how they like to learn and build a plan based around that. From that, Humility, Passion and Motivation follows, as not only is the student learning, but so are you. Therefore, building a good channel of communication with your student, both strengthens the bond between each other, and the growth within another.

Just very eager to answer the questions, thus making small mistakes.
Content was understood, and if it wasn't, Caleb asked questions to further his learning.

Nothing needed improvement. However, little techniques when studying not only maths but other subjects could be implemented to help his learning. These could be watching youtube videos, or doing practice sacs at home.
