What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Being able to witness growth and improvement in a student that I have build trust with! It feels so rewarding and truly motivates me.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

A strength is that I am encouraging, supportive and constructive in my communication. Another strength is that I personally struggled with maths as a student myself (failed out of year 9 accelerated maths) so I have personal experience and know how to explain concepts to studnets who may have difficulties too.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important things a tutor can do is to be supportive and encouraging, be attentive in recognising when a student has questions or is struggling, and find personalised ways to teach and explain concepts at a pace that is comfortable for the student.
