What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I feel as if I would love tutoring as I have a passion in working with children, especially from an education aspect. For me tutoring is such a rewarding job as you are able to help and watch children grow and learn.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I would say my strengths as a tutor include :
- Patience - to take the time when a student is struggling, to go through it slowly, simplifying the topic and explaining it as many times as they need in different ways.
- encouraging - I would always encourage each student to try and achieve their best and reach their goals
- caring - I think it is so important to have empathy and care when trying to help someone learn, especially when the child is frustrated or upset with a concept that they may be finding difficult
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
- help students find a love for learning
- show empathy towards a student who is struggling with a certain topic and come up with ways to move forward and try again
- help students understand concepts through the incorporation of the students interests
- help motivate and encourage students to achieve their best and want to learn
- help students grow in their education and reach their goals
