What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The aspect of tutoring that I enjoy the most, is the human aspect of teaching. The ability to be able to have a close relationship with the student, and be able to observe their growth and improvement over time is especially fulfilling! In addition to their academic skills, it is also a joy to be able to see other aspects of their personality improve, such as confidence, ambition, and dedication.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strength as a tutor lies in my interactions with my students. I am able to keep a student focused with encouragement, whilst skill keeping the session fun and enjoyable! This is an essential strength, as often keeping a student engaged in a session, and with tutoring as a whole is of utmost importance.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor should educate a student in the required content and keeping the student engaged, whilst still ensuring that the session is enjoyable, and fulfilling. To achieve this, a tutor should obviously be diligent in teaching, which includes preparing content and lessons beforehand, as well as consistently asking the student for feedback to guide future sessions. This constant feedback is essential, as it ensures that the content itself, as well as the speed that it is taught is as tailored to the student as possible, as well as ensuring that the teaching style is most suitable.
