What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy teaching new ways to understand old concepts, in other words redefining the understanding of what my students thought they knew to gain a broader understanding of the topic being taught from rarely visited viewpoints.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My thirst for knowledge. I believe teaching is a process that requires constant learning both academically and socially, especially from the teacher's side. For example, the teacher must constantly learn the material being taught to be up to date. Likewise, the teacher must find new ways to be able to effectively communicate the topic being taught, such as by gaining the trust of his/her students. Also, as I have had prior experience tutoring young children I have a large amount of patience and perseverance.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

In addition to increasing the student's confidence in his/her academic prowess through his/her understanding of a difficult concept, a tutor may also help incite the innate curiosity of a life-long learner. Likewise, not only does a tutor help achieve and maintain academic excellence, but also build sustainable life-long skills that may aid the students beyond the scope of mere academics. For example, the skill of perseverance through teaching the value of hard work to achieve and maintain academic excellence.
