I have been an average student before, and I just blindly solved things without knowing their application, and then I used to do the same in my childhood. But once I started to analyze a problem, I have been more confident about myself in solving a situation or a problem which I believe is an important consideration for a tutor. I have good communication skills, quick learner, been great with kids, presentable attitude and finally I have great confidence in myself about this role even though I don't have much experience.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe a tutor should have a better understanding of student's perspectives. To elaborate, every student has a different perspective, and some will go in a very different direction tutor should understand the student's perspective before judging or correcting students. The tutor should ask questions and should bring up real-life examples so that students will think that they are learning something new. Most importantly, kids won't listen to the words that are coming from a person, but they will observe everything.
