What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy watching the progress of the students I teach, both in their academic ability and their confidence. I believe learning should be fun, and to inspire others to learn is part of what makes tutoring enjoyable.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I have infinite patients with the students I teach. Children I have worked with range from kindergarteners to high school, and sometimes university students, and I am able to accommodate to each and all of their learning abilities and styles. As a tutor, my method is to identify gaps in my students knowledge, and address those first. I subsequently build upon their own understanding bit by bit so that they have their own clear and complete comprehension of the study material.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

The most important things a tutor can do is to inspire passion in their students, and teach them how to learn from themselves. Students with passion will happily work to the best of their abilities, and those who know how to learn will be able to drive and direct their own progress to whatever they may want to achieve. It is pivotal to help raise a generation of students that have the confidence and initiative to pursue subjects and careers they would be interested in.
